Would you recomend the game?

I have yet to buy the game and thought i would wait for a few of the more 'obvious' bugs to be ironed out. Now that they have, i would like to know:

 

Would you recomend the game to me?

If your a long time fan on SC4 you won't like this one that much. Especially if you expected it to be SimCity 5. If you didn't expect it to be that, or haven't played previous games you will probably like it.
