Futuristic addons for Simcity 4

If you want to build a city of the future, you need futuristic buildings as well. I made a catalogue with all buildings available for downloading, like grownable apartment buildings and spacecrafts. Because there is no reason to re-write the list, I'll give you only the link to check it out.

Hey, just joined the group. Just coming by to share my interests in the future. Recently i've taken up BATing to solve the lack of futuristic BATs on the STEX. I've created a thread that I hope you'd might like to follow around, and wait for any uploads I make

YEAH! Close to uploading my first BAT on the STEX. With a lot of help from Bipin's, the BAT will have a revitalized texture and nightlighting that looks good

Is it growable?

I'll see to it when I get the finished product about modding it to be growable. Or I'll just lot it on a growable lot But yeah it should be now it will be since you mentioned it (Was originally gonna be a decor/landmark lot)

My favourite method is just don't mod it for anything and set it as a prop.Then you open the lot editor and click on the smallest R$ growable lot to edit. Then put the prop house directly on top of it so it covers up the maxis house completely. And since all growable lots require buildings that determine their function this approach is purely cosmetic as well as functional. I lack knowledge in moding but that's how I make my lots growable. Take a look here. Additionally one of the advantages of props is you can stack 'em up.

You may want to see this. It may just be one of the first full on futuristic based BATs ever rendered on 3dsMAX. Tell me if I'm wrong, but I just love how this is turning out. I handed the BAT model I had to Bipin for him to improve and give it an 'uplift'.  Hopefull you're all as excited as I am
