Too much money and not enough land for expansion...my primary problem!

This is my video series walkthrough for SimCity 2013 dedicated to clean high tech industry and the university education that is required. My city expands steadily and eventually absorbs the entire area with good revenue growth throughout. I hope you enjoy and learn a thing or two from my techniques and many mistakes.

    Also, if anyone is interested in being in my region for my next video series. Just post your in-game name in the comments of episode 1, linked above. I just started "Miami Valley" region on North America 3. I'll add you to my friends list and hopefully our cities will prosper together!
