recruiting Players for a new Region

Hi all,
Since most of the regions are full and you have to scroll down a lot of regions to find one where everyone seems to be offline, I was thinking to start a new region with active players.
The region will be placed in the server North America East 3 and the region will be named Regenshein. There are 16 places to be filled!

Please say what you want to do (what kind of city you want to make) and I'll check if there is place!

I had decided to do an Oil specialized city, mainly because someone took the city zone where I was going to build the university. So I was stuck with a flat land full of oil.

 

I think it's looking nice, I spent a lot of time making sure the roads look nice. (Unfortunately there is no undo button.)

 

Not sure what to name the city. I need something more original than "Oil City".
