Hey guys, I'm back, and so is Mandursuro! Life's been busy, but I've gotten back into SC4, and I am reviving Mandursuro! Enjoy the Grimston update!2.gif

    Mandursuro Tribune

    *Looks at city journal*
    *Faints*
*Gets back up, looks again, and faints again*

My favorite journal is back! WO0t! I didn't notice it till now, and the funny thing is, I was thinking about this journal just 10 minutes ago before I noticed it was back!

Lol, thank you ChicAgo, you have made my day.

You may need to update Downtown Mandursuro a bit, since there have been so many wonderful new BATs you could use (and because I really want to see downtown again 3.gif)!

Anyway, its good to have you back, ChicAgo333. 39.gif

    Thanks for the comments guys1.gif

MayorTim: Hah, I could show some pics of Santa Terra's downtown again, but I won't be working on it that much right now because im more focused on the outer parts of the city and expanding the city. But of course it never hurts to post some pics of the downtown again2.gif. And btw, thanks for the welcome back44.gif

Saying that, I should have another Grimston/Santa Terra update by this weekend or mid next week. And for MayorTim's request, I should have some pics of Santa Terra Downtown soon as well.

    Grimston Times

    City expands north: Downtown established

In 14 years, Grimston (24 years of age) has nearly tripled its population and has taken advantage of its coast space to the north. Property prices have risen greatly in the last years, and Grimston may be seeing its first wealth residents in a few years. Education and health have become bigger parts of the city as the government becomes wealthier. And with all these things adding together, jobs have been needed, especially office. Grimston has established a downtown, and with it, some big businesses. Traffic has increased on Freeway 273, and the new Kelzer Blvd. has become a very busy area. The population stands at 7,272 and has an income at about

    Wohoo first comment!

Looks great, as it always has, and Brigantine definately makes your cities look more realistic.

    Can't wait to see more.

P.S. A downtown? Could this be the next Santa Terra? 6.gif

MayorTim: Thanks for the comment 1.gif about the downtown, every main city in an area has its downtown, whether it be 7,000 people or 5 million people 2.gif...where do you think people work and do their weekend shopping sprees?3.gif

SC4 meister: Good to see you bud 9.gif, but why'd you have to ruin the bus stop pic for everyone else?18.gif hah, just kidding...thanks for the comment 1.gif

He did indeed but I deleted the other 8.  Not cool, Sith.  Be careful with that.

Good to see you back, Chicago.

We can inspire others through witness so that one grows together in communicating. But the worst thing of all is religious proselytism, which paralyzes: “I am talking with you in order to persuade you.” No. Each person dialogues, starting with his and her own identity. The church grows by attraction, not proselytizing.    - Pope Francis

Wow, what great stuff Matt. Loving Grimston. Can't wait to see it expand as well. Also in your next update, can you try and include a regional shot of Santa Terra, Sheeron Island, and Grimston sprawl? I would like to see that. Great job, can't wait to see some more.

Yah, I realise that every town has some form of downtown, It just caught me how similar the start of this city and the start of Santa Terra are.

Anyway, I can't wait for the next update!

Thanks for all the comments guys 1.gif

MayorTim: True, true, but I'd have to say that Santa Terra was much faster than Grimston in urban growth 2.gif

Alright, I should have MayorTim's request for Santa Terra Downtown shots (nothing has changed in the downtown yet, as I said before) and the new request by Mikeaut1 for a regional view by tomorrow (EDIT: actually, by today 3.gif since its the 9th on simtrop time). See you then! 1.gif
