    Thank you for the compliments.

The NRZ problem is pretty much fixed, thanks to Tropod.  He said that the traffic engine was just taking too long to find out the commute routes for the sims so the building abandoned.  But months or years later the traffic engine would finally finish the commute route for the sims in the building and the building would come back to life.  This was because of the many transportation systems i have, the population size, and the fact that everyone was commuting to one place, downtown.  The NRZs come still, thats why i said its 'pretty much' fixed but after i wait a while the buildings come back to life and all is good.

Thanks to this, i should have an update soon!1.gif

Ok, got enough time to update and here it is, enjoy! (Also i just noticed ive been having a newspaper but no name for it! So i thought id just add a title)

    Santa Terra Enquirer

Urban Sprawl Spreads Far and Wide

Santa Terra is located in a nice place:  warm climates, dense forests, beaches up front.  With the amount of job opportunities and the increasing rate of a better chance at becoming an entertainer, demand for urban growth and spread has been very high over the past while.  Downtown Santa Terra is now surrounded by a large range of urban sprawl, homes to over 450,000 people.  Urban sprawl is said to have ceased now, but bigger and higher capacity apartments are still being built in Santa Terra because of the amount of people wanting to move in.

A shot of the all new urban development

Santa Terra Zoo: Just Another Reason to Come Here

As more people move in, the demand for recreation increases.  This all resulted in Santa Terra creating another thing it
