I've noticed after plopping some custom fire station, small custom power plant and a few other small plopables, I cant remove these. Is there a fix I can install that corrects this? Has anyone else noticed some items you cannot remove once its plopped?

Seems like the immortal lot bug. I suggest you to check this thread so you can know more about what is it and how to fix it.

Does it all refer to immortal buildings and props as well? Because personally I've never expirienced anything like immortal lots, but I did face buildings which stubbornly refused to go away after buldozings, and that buildings weren't interfering with anything else except for the roads. However, I usually managed to cope with them by simple terraforming, but you know, SC4 is so unpredictable... So I really would appreciate some information about that kind of bug.

Sorry about that. Thanks JasonLEO I will check out that discussion right now!

Yes, there are a few of these immortal lots in Peyton Place, I was about to write them off as part of other mysteries going on in that town.

I read the first part of the article you

Jason I read the first installment of four articles at the link you provided. THANK YOU! I am betting the next round of tall ones over at "The Moose's Lodge" Bar & Grill, that my problem is what is highlighted below. Ive installed a fire station that is very small but has an enourmous type of coverage. I am thinking the developer of this particular lot fiddled with whats described below and is effecting surrounding tiles. When trying to knock it down or things surrounding it, then the immortal soul ls breathed into it... Will read on to see how how to contend. So far, I just buildnaround it

True to the article, you cant query lots next to these types of ploppables either because of how it overlaps other tiles and take over whats next to it.

Ive FOUND the solution in that article , THaNK YOU JaSoNlEo! A downloadable did the trick!

Every since the excellent information posted by Jason Leo about "How to Bulldoze Immortal  Buildings" , I have literally "gone to town" knocking down unploppables that I had grown to contend with from my first years of SC4 and (after forgetting these 'ghosts' exists , ) contending with these annoying thins today!

Using the steps and installs provided in the link found in Jason Leos post in this discussion, it made clearing these out of the game and opening up 'real estate' for practical use, very easy!

If you haven't experienced  his phenomena , you may come across it sooner or later.   It would be very proactive to check out that article and send ole Jason Leo a big thanks!
