I can't install the BAT! Help!?

    I am trying to install the SC4 BAT but nothing is working. I have gmax 1.2 installed and activated. I have patched the game and it is now version 638 and then updated to version .640. I get the message "Unable to copy plugin to plugin directory". I am using Windows Vista. Has anyone else run into this problem?

    Which file you install first ? The BAT or the Gmax ? Remember, you must install the Gmax program first. Otherwise, problems with the BAT are not avoidable.

    And also don't copy the installer to your plugin, you must install it by click the installer, copying it will certainly not causing the program to works.

    Have you tried the installation with admin rights?

    I got it to work! I had actually tried all of the things I have read online before to install it properly. It turned out to need a "drive(I)" to install properly (the installer couldn't find the right directory). Once I got the software to install on an a flashdrive I copied all the files into my regular Simcity 4 directory and it works great now. Thank you guys for your prompt answers!
