Add jrschwegs as friend.  I have region going with all cities claimed.  Public region that I started a few weeks before the COT launch.  I am using all available dlc.  I would like to add some more people to the region.  Send me a message and I will abandon a city to let active players in.  No goals.  Just building a region with new content on the volcano map.  Region called Trip Key Boom.
