    Lol i aint religious i aint been to sunday at church since i was in adelaide in the nineties. Nah cos everything is shut except maccas and thats down the road and its cloudy so. Atm coffee had some bread earlier wholemeal smartprice.

    The last time I had anything to do with a church, Mark, was to go to vote in the church hall.  I am not a church goer.  Breakfast was a carrot muffin and a cup of milk along with my morning medications.

    Lindt chocolate bunny (on sale today for $3), and diet ginger ale.  Commercial I saw implied these bunnies are solid.  They are hollow, as should have been expected from advertising.

    Well, the bunny was good, but it was milk chocolate and being diabetic, I'll have to allow the sugar to get out of my system before tomorrow's sugar test.  Right now: diet ginger ale and thinking about what to have for dinner.  I have an appointment with my endocrinologist on Thursday, and I'll probably get a deserved dressing down.
