Great stuff! I hope you restricted it to medium density, because otherwise it might end up splitting many of your 4x4 / 3x4 / 5x4 commercial lots where you'd like to see skyscrapers. ;)

When can i download the bank of america of LA?

Nowhere, still in development.

Darkono -> Looks great man! But I'm wondering, now that many of the players use seasonal trees, will the trees on the building ( not the palm) will be seasonal as well? Because I think it would look awkward having your trees in autumn and then the building plaza stuck on evergreen.

I don't know doing seasonal trees, and the memory of my computeur was already satured with all details :) . I think this isn't for this building art128, sorry :)

And the lot size is 6x10 tiles, it's a big guy ;)

6x10 is awesome.  I will reserve a place for it in my downtown LA recreation.  I hope you master the foundation issues.  I am sure you don't want any requests and have enough other buildings you want to BAT but I will make a request anyway, the Westin Bonaventure Hotel across from the BofA tower would be an awesome, challenging BAT.

I can't believe I said that and this render is flawed. :P

The color of those trees still do not look right.

On your trees you need to right click in 3ds max and go to object properties and go the the mental ray tab and click on return black. Next you need to go the material editor and go to the trees texture and scroll down to you see a tab called special effects. Next, you need to click on the Ambient Occlusion and play round with some of the settings. The ones you need to play round with to make sure the look good is samples, distances and use color from other materials (Excat AO)

Do not for get to work on the reflections of the leaves and the gloss for reflections do not go higher than 0.35 to 0.45 and glossiness do not go higher than 0.4.

For those who have trees on there building please, please compare you trees to Graifes, VIP, and SimFox trees. I have to say I do hate to see all these different color greens in a City Journal it starts to look bad at a point. I remember talking to darn saying that Graife has set the bar for trees and buses. I'm sorry but I have to say Graife is by far the best at making trees now. If SimFox was still around it could be a battle trees. :D

Thanks all :) and Aaron, I'll try your advices right now ;)

But my trees shouldn't be compared to the trees do by Giraffe and VIP team or Simfox, like Aaron has saying, they are masters in this modelings :)

Darknono, it looks very good, but as I recall there were some more object on that plaza like furniture and mechanical roof junk  I know it's tedious to work on all the details, but the more you do the better and more realistic it will look in the end.

    Vladimir is right, as usual.

Remember that if the scene becomes too difficult to work with, you could even split it into base + tower.

As for the trees, the modeling looks great, but at least on the screen I'm sitting at right now, the leaves have a very cool, blueish hue to them.

Thanks a lot guys, for yur comments ;)

Yeah guys, I understand for the objects on the plaza, but with the trees, the model took already 7Go of memory for an simple preview render :O , and 3dsmax lag when I'm working on the model. It's became very difficult to create anything in this model :(

But I've worked on the trees, like Aaron advised me for the shadows and the color of the leaves. But, you're right, probably the leaves are blues

Personally, I prefer the base and the tower being rendered separately. Thus I am able to construct the plaza in my own way. :golly:  It doesn't hinder others to use the delicate plaza you made anyway. I also love this plaza and may use it solely somewhere else.

One question, how high will the surrounding terrain need to be for the foundation to blend in, similar to how it does in real life?
