Problem with funding (possibly because custom buildings)

Hi.

I have a rather odd problem (haven't seen it before). My police funding keeps resetting to 0! As so, people are pissed in my city I up it to 1000 dollars. Then after a short time, it's back to 0.. It might have something to do with a custom building (police station) I have in my town? This is a old save, so I no longer have that building saved. (and don't know which one it was) So it just says "Error: No name" in the funding overview. Could this be related?

I have another Error: No name building under my health overview. (also missing building). Though there the funding keeps where I put it, aside from the error building.

This is called the 'Phantom Slider Bug' and it is caused by the conditions you have described. If you have a custom content civic building that has a range greater than the Maxis equivalents, and you delete it, this is the result. If you cannot put that building back in the game, you may have to simply obliterate that city.

Nooo :\ So the only way is to try and find the right building? Damn..

Is there a way to locate it in game? I've tried to look for a "empty lot", but I can't seem to find where the station was put.

Ah ha some one else has this problem, well i found out that it was the 'weapons testing range' that was the culprit; i used it once and that's exactly what happened to me, i've not used it since and everything's been ok.
