Homes aren't growing!

Hi all I was just wondering if this splendid community will help out a fellow SimCity'er (City Builder?) with a rather annoying problem

The problem is:

I have downloaded all of MBEAR's brilliant MED home lots and his commercial lots as well but the thing is that when plop down some zoned areas only certainly sized zone allow buildings to grow. ( i.e only 2x1 Commercial shops start building)

I have all the dependencies installed.

I have DuskTroopers block all Maxis buildings installed blocking RES and COM buildings.

Is it just a matter that I have too many lots by the same person and they're all clashing?

Well since you use the no maxis mod, you need not only to have the good lot size, but also the correct density (usually the higher works) and adequate wealth.

Let's say you zone a 3x4 residential lot, but all you have matching this size in your plugins is a 3x4 R§§§. If the zone doesn't fulfill criterias to allow R§§§ growing, the zone will not develop.

To avoid this problem, you'll have to find §, §§ and §§§ buildings for each lot size you want to use in your city.

Might also want to make sure of a couple other things:

Tilesets - demand - desirability - growth stage... all of this influence what will grow in your city

I forgot to mention that i'm using RadicalOnes Max demand Mod.

Also I am looking for the "complete" god mode sort of game for sc4 I mean I've had enough of contouring to Sc4's rules

( Maybe it's just the inner- rebel inside)(Ha!) I Just want to make a nice city in Sc4 without the city advisor's saying "No,no you can't do that"

How are your amenities? Do you have parks, fire stations, cop shops, civic buildings? How much commercial zoning do you have? You've got to have jobs before anyone will live in your city.
