Okay guys! I'm here again to show you some more development in Aureliano 4.gif

But some replies first, as always.

    To jacqulina: Thanks, Jackie! 2.gif

To Nardo69: Oh, yes, there's som much cool new stuff here on ST so i makes me want to play SC4 again 4.gif I've already made a backups of all the pics in this CJ so... it's okay with that 4.gif And i also had downloaded SFBT catenaries from SC4Devotion LEX and will use it in larger railway developments in the future 4.gif

    To Mightygoose: Thanks man! 4.gif

    To Callbat: Thankie 4.gif

To Ilikehotdogsalot: Huh, yeah, this man should move somewhere else. Hope he'll find a quiet place to live soon 4.gif Thanks for all your kind words about my CJ, and actually, i'm not pretend for any trixies, but it would be great for sure - to have some more of it. I've allready have got one in Bat of the year nomination in 2005 for my Marrast Embankment set, pity i can't login uder my old profile.. but, most iportant thing i still can CJing as Criquette 4.gif

To Schulmanator: Thank you! Hope you'll like future progress on this 4.gif

    To Vituuu: Thank you!

To Ky72x: Oh, thank you, Kyle, your comments always are so great! And it's okay with hermit - he will find another quiet place no doubt 2.gif

To CarmineHilton: Oh, thank you! 4.gif These mediterranean houses by Nbay are still aviable at the STEX, you can find them here. But i actually use these houses as a props in my custom lots, so they look a bit different in my game 4.gif

To Aewilly: Thank you! I actually use Photoshop to get the pic of whole region. I just use 'print screen' button and just paste the fragments of the region in one big image file, to get some kind of mosaic. When all the fragments of the region are collected, i just resize the image and.. that's all 4.gif

To Aleking: Oh, glad to see you here, my friend!

To Artur_001: Thanks man! Well, for me this water texture is good enough 3.gif

Okay, guys! Some more stuff. Current update will be more like... construction stuff. I mean, i'll show you some shots of the unfinished areas i'm working on right now. Network design, commercial areas.. suburbs.. and a little present for Lucky7 in the end 2.gif There also will be few closeups, so.. let's begin!

    oqcdh1.jpg

On this pic you can see witch areas will be shown today. There is a funny thing in Aureliano - when you hear aurelianeans say "uptown" that means exactly what they say - it's a part of the Aureliano situated at the top of the mesa. Downtown is a district situated at the lakeshore, right next to the mesa... So today i'll show you some progress on uptown area.

You can go uptown by the highway, that goes along the cliff, some cliff roads you allready have seen, and by one of Aurelianean mass transit networks - Tramvia. Tramvia is a ground/underground light rail network, so it goes underground from heritage district to uptown and exits here next to the highway:

...One of the highway exits of the uptown:

I love the last picture. I'm not too sure but was the second pic a bit Russian looking? it was to me, but what do I know, the farthest east I've ever been is Warsaw 3.gif

It's fantastic to see you back at this CJ, and this most recent update you've shown here is just breathtaking.  The amount of realism here is just epic, and I absolutely love the way you've set up your road networks.  The photoshopping here is also amazing--the focusing/blurring effect really adds perspective.

Wow, these are some impressive pictures! You are an expert at photoshop, it looks like someone actually took a picture of your city with a camera lens!

Of all of the photos, the Aurelianeta heritage district looks the best to me. Its simply amazing!

(Begins to read the CJ starting with page 1)

That is a rather good coastline—but I'd like to know how you made the off/on-ramps in the first picture (raising the land right next to the level road)?

To Krbe: In short - it can be done with MTEL lots that are aviable at the STEX 2.gif

6.gif <------ That basically sums up my expression when I saw the full update!  Seriously, these updates are just getter better and better.  I know I've said it before, but those highway interchanges look amazing... especially since they aren't lumpy, even though a lot of them are located near slopes.  It's good to see that insanely cool method for the underground rail stations again!  Nice choice of buildings around it, too.  I'm loving the sunken highway exit just as much as the suburbs and uptown areas.

Beautiful teaser shots in your most recent update.  Can't wait for the full-blown update; coming from you, I'll know it'll be top-notch! 2.gif

To Ky72x: Thanks man! And yes, i also like those highways and the interchanges - using tunnel and slope modd it's kida easy to make them jently go down the slope by the cliffs 4.gif

And today i've come up with kind of an interchange tutorial, so... hope it will be useful for you 4.gif

    So, let me begin...

Thanks for the MTEL's! But that Marrast guy, he's a joker—deleting all his post from his former CJ...

Thanks for making that awesome tutorial, I really ought to try that sometime in one of my cities. I think it'll go really well in an industrial area! 9.gif
