Question about CAM and desirability/land value

Hi quick question.

Keep in mind I read the manual, read-me's, etc for the CAM before installing, and also searched the boards, but I could not find an answer to this exactly:

Since downloading the CAM, the land value in my region has all but collapsed. I have always had plenty of parks placed thoughout, and for awhile was using the desirablility mod and park tools (small plaza max desirability thoughout city), but these do not seem to work with the CAM now. I have tried removing them and running the game without it, and also placing them back in the plug-ins folder. This goes for the radius doubler mod as well.

Is there a mod so I can increase the desirability/land value in the city that is compatible with the CAM? Sims are abandoning the region, especially in dense industry areas.

Or am I just missing something?

Are you using the CAM in an already-developed city? If so, ditch the city. CAM's best used in a newly-established region.
