Are you trying to report a bug of some kind associated with the libraries or are you starting a CJ? If you are posting a bug, you are in the wrong section.

Either way, could you post some pics? A CJ won't go very far without pictures, and we can't help you very much without more information about a bug and pics of what is happening.

A library city, that is weird but what if the children never learn without school?

Um... Okay.... Tell me, why 10 librarys and no schools or fire stations or anything else? Are there any zones? What are you trying to tell us? Librarys are good and all, but don't you need sims to visit them? Is it an established city, or one with empty zones and roads and librarys as far as the eye can see? Tell us more.

May I remind you that the City Journals forum is thought to post pictures about your city-building progress, city stories, plans, developments, etc., as long as it has something to do with city-building.

 

In no case we admit "empty" entries, which will be deleted if no new content is added in a reasonable amount of time.
