I am new to it all, just started lotting.

If there is something better or something better I could be doing feel free to say.

I have a few samples. if you have suggestions, I'll try it or if they could be improved bring it up.

Like for starters, the Large 3X3 Playground.

I like the large playground, for a maxis re-lot it's pretty good.

Now, as far as it goes, I am seriously going to recommend you use a little more than just 'maxis' things because in all honesty it's probably been done before.

So, Question, do you like American style things? or would you be willing to go all obscure and whip out some African slums. Because as far as it goes I haven't seen a single damn one of those on the stex at all ever, not even a lot. YOU WOULD BE SO COOL!
