That's weird. How come you have a copy of SC4 Deluxe and still SC4 BAT won't install? Hmm. Did you update your SimCity 4 Deluxe to version 1.1.638.0?

Want you just uninstall the game and re-install it again.

I would say something didn't install correctly so try a reinstall of sc4,

maybe uninstall then reinstall.

If all else fails contact support from EA or on Origin,that is odd you

would get that error with deluxe installed.

I can't install my BAT either, although the game is on an external hard drive and it's Rush Hour instead of Deluxe. Any ideas? I tried putting the BAT "installers" on the hard drive - didn't work.

I think uninstalling and then installing it is the solution or buy a new SC4 CD then install it. Then download it from sc4devotion.com. Andrey km, try identifying the version of your Sim City 4 by right-clicking on it then press Properties. Click the Details tab and then look at the "File Version" written. Check it.
