Question: Did you install NAM 30 with THE NAM Left Hand Drive Version Essential (on the installer) and DID NOT include the Right Hand Drive Essential? Oh, no need to do that, A Nonny Moose. I found MandelSoft's stoplight mod and downloaded it, and found some LHD-compatible stoplights. Yes! It works well now. I hope somebody can close this topic since the problem is solved.

I think uninstalling and then installing it is the solution or buy a new SC4 CD then install it. Then download it from sc4devotion.com. Andrey km, try identifying the version of your Sim City 4 by right-clicking on it then press Properties. Click the Details tab and then look at the "File Version" written. Check it.

Check if your graphic drivers are outdated via Device Manager. Then click on your outdated driver to update it; and reboot your PC. Run SC4, and try setting it to high and hardware rendering. Jerry_512 EDIT: It will automatically reboot. 2nd EDIT: This is another good option.
