I want to select which class establishes in determinate zones... It is possible?

There are only two ways to control what wealth level grows in each zone:

    - Amenities - Higher wealth requires certain amenities. In the case of medium-wealth residential, cleaner air and proper education, among other things. In the case of high-wealth residential, water and everything med-wealth requires.

    - Taxes - Max out your taxes for a particular wealth level to prevent them from developing; Probably the most reliable method for all types of zoning and wealth.

There's no way you can control it by hand, unless you like using the LotPlop cheat...

Easy....adjust the taxes at 15% or higher for those you don't want to grow.

Ex: If you want only Med (R§§) , lower their taxes below 15%, best is around 8%. Just make sure though that you have C§§ and/or I§§ jobs available. ;)

The taxes for Low (R§) and High (R§§§) should be raised to 15% and more. Keep only the minimum of services and not too many parks, and you will have only Medium Res (R§§) grow in your city.

The same for R§§§, but they need more services and Parks. R§ hardly don't need any services, not even a watersupply, just power ...of course.

    Have fun, hope that helped.

An interesting experiment. Be prepared for lots of abandonment and general disappointment, however. The game algorithms are pretty militant for balance.

True, that some abandonnement will/ might sometimes occur, but with time and experience, you can achieve that it will almost/never happen. I have been doing this in all my regions for years and learned that you can control the abandonment by giving jobs and Sim's desires as needed. You just have to make sure that they have sufficient jobs of the same § level and then make also sure that the transportation needs to these jobs are short enough and to their liking and, hoahhh.... there you go and you'll have a disticive population of the § level Sims that you want in a citytile.

If you do this as mentioned above, you will get only a few briefcases in the beginning and no more abandonnement. ;)
