looks like lots of rugged coast lines and such to build on

may i suggest though maybe a terrain mod, rock mod, or water
mod to help spice up the region to me it looks maybe a slight
bit plain.  I'm assuiming that you were planning on adding trees later
right? anyways i'll be watching to see how you develope it.

Not bad so far.I like the region. Now I can't wait to see the region after 100% completion of the terraforming(Adding trees and maybe a hill or two).If you are done then let the development begin...

Interesting region map. Now I am really curious about detailed city shots since you seem to have a lot of nice rural seddlements. Are they as goodlooking as they promise???? 2.gif42.gif

Just a hint: As far as I know on www.insims.de you should be able to download a small program called Region Census. Makes nothing but displays region stats and PERFECT region shots. All the region in one pic without the blue ingame icons. Just a hint. I use it by myself

But great start! Keep 'em coming!

    edit
BTW did you upload PNG-files? Try to convert them to JPG, they are way smaller and load faster. If you don't have another programm, try Irfanview, it is small, powerful and for free!

Looks nice so far. You just should invest some more time in terraforming. Especially the road on that industrial peninsula looks a bit bumpy with all these ups and downs. And have you ever thought about installing the BRF TunnelAndSlope Mod?

About the railway: A good step into a perfect direction since I LOVE RAILWAYS!

I like beach pics (did you use the CSX waterfront tiles?) and that commercial building on the ramp to the bridge. 5.gif

I just wonder - the slope of that bridge is perfect and smooth whereas the other street are still a bit bumpy ..? 42.gif

    Anyway, nice work!
