"dismisseth" archaic usage dismisses, as in release, let go.

Its a tongue twister. Try saying it fast 10 times. The actual text is "The Leith police dismisseth us". Makes an interesting sobriety test.

If you have the GIMP you can scale your screen-shots and convert them to .jpg. It is a two command effort.

If you expand your avatar (one frame) to be big enough to make a decent region, then you can add the boots. If you are using the GIMP you could view each frame at a very large magnification and put on the boots if you wanted to, pixel by pixel.
