Wow!!!... Wow!!!.... Wow!!!!......

I'm speechless. As for the variations on a theme strategy for making buildings, that is definitely the way to go-- many of the Maxis buildings are based on the same model.

Oh yeah, btw, make sure you use building families to place these on lots-- it saves a lot of time and effort and it's not hard to do.

Primo, I would like to express my admiration of your work. There a lot of your buildings in Belleville and everywhere else in Pays-Beaux, and my rich Simcitizens really enjoy them...

Secundo, I would like to say that, although I don't mind to use them as landmarks on your lots, I would rather like to make my own lots using them. So maybe, if that's possible, you could release your future buildings also as props.

Terzo, thanx, thanx, thanx etc...

Sincerely yours,
Simbourgeois

Here's something to look forward to... I'm currently revising all my paris buildings.. These are done and will be released as buildings families part my paris building set project. The buildings from the middle picture still need to be rendered... (I wish we had the possiblity for batch rendering). So please be patient becuase it may take a while before these are released.

Xannepan, those look sweet as! 9.gif9.gif They're such a nice refinement of your style, and really lifelike too. I'll certainly be looking forward to creating some Paris-inspired urban sprawl with these, especially with the Gucci one - very Champs-Elysee 10.gif.

Do I detect a little inspiration from porkissimo? 2.gif Great to see you two complimenting each other's work. 29.gif

Your work just keeps getting better and better, I have always been a fan, and with each new phase you never disappoint, the latest variations on a theme add greatly to the variety of our cities and hence the reality level. The more we learn as a community the more batters like yourself take that knowledge and employ it with a flair that seems sadly lacking in maxis, keep up the good work, many thanks. 9.gif10.gif19.gif

I looked at the screen shots, it's great to see a city that's not full of skyscrapers as so many are. But I do feel that the city is somewhat repeative, it's too much for me, so imagine my delight when I saw the sneak preview pictures of future buildings, they'll really add some variety. I don't think I can wait, I particularly like the Gucci shop.

Here are a few more screenshots. The upper pictures belongs to the buildings family earlier posted. The lower pictures is a new family. Eventually these buildings will be uploaded as fully functional growables but much work needs to be done. I'll also include a plopable version.

As all my new buildings will be included into a building family, only a single lot is required. This make things much easier.

Xannepan...As well as many others, and as I mentioned previously, I'm really looking forward to these updates and new additions. I've attached (hopefully it worked) a close-in shot of one of my cities, Ourique, and where/how I've used your buildings. They obviously work very well with the Mediterranean, Italian and Dutch designs that you can see in this photo.  This photo is of the Palacio do Duque and the Praca do Imperio.
