Pergo, that is a tall building! i've been looking at buildings in Tokyo and i think my next project might be something from there, they have lots of cool buildings!

do you think i should tint them a different color? or make them lighter?

The night one looks good, could you (temporarily) replace the brighter buildings to the left and right with structures that don't have much nightlighting (plazas or trees or something), take a screenshot and E-mail me the full size image?

If the full size image isn't possible due to some reason, do the same thing as above and have the screenshot about 25% larger than the current one; JPG compress it with the highest quality possible that will stay under 200kb, and attach it to a post (just normal attachment to save on throughput).

I can probably move it around on the query and find a good arrangement, adjust the contrast/brightness etc either tonight or tomorrow

aanyways, i've been in the middle of redoing the WFC Portland, and i messed up the preview somehow, and this is what it rendered!

drew, that was actualy a problem with bat, i stretched the camera handel, so the preview went kinda out of wack, the building is fine though! i'll be posting a pic of it shortly...

and the little pic is supost to be Mori tower (tokyo) and 2IFC in hong kong, it didn't turn out so well cus the curvy part is all sketchy, but i'll see what i can do with that...

Pergo, this is a short fat version of the WFC in portland oregon, haha, but it wasn't ment to be like that, so it's fixed now.

i have made lots of updates on this building, which looks like just another generic office tower, but it's one of the few Portland buildings on STEX, and since i've goten kinda better at bat i thought it was due for an update.

Dargor, thanks! glad you like it. NDEX stuff isn't all real tall, i think? PDA has made some really tall stuff too, but i like to make not to tall bulidings also just to mix it up.

Sk8zim17, i agree, i do plan on fixing up the roof, i just put that roof together in like 3mins lol, i will spend more time working on it.

but first of all, i have fixed the ugly sketcy curvy thing, and there is a new tower!

i think i'll call it Tokyo Tower, since mori tower is already taken

edit: tokyo tower is already taken too...dang! (thinks of new cool name...)

mcarch, seeing that this tower doesn't look very much like eburress's mori tower i think i'll have to pass on the whole mori thing haha. there are plenty of other cool names out ther. how about Concorde Tower?

Compare it to the size of the highway.

DT, i think what Dargor meant was that NDEX buildings are tall for her city or CJ. but i think WFC is about the same height as the AgEcho tower, not sure yet, only way to find out is after i render it.

thanks XSpiderman! PDA Financial Center is a very good name, but it has already been taken by the crazy building that geoff made, it might not be released though, cus it still has lots of texture work that needs to be done with it.

RaccoRVA, to be honest, i have tried to make two ITC but i havn't came up with anything i like yet, maybe i'll make it the new mori/2IFC lookin building.

well i figure that there have been plenty CO buildings, how about some more res buildings?



textures will change! and i think i'll use the same window textures as i did with the harbour view.

ohyea, and i'll name this Concord Tower, condos, or plaza or something...hehe
