ravens31 and queetz, i do not know if it is taller than Ed_Diaz's Sears Tower or the WTC, if they shorter than the Washington tower then yes haha. the only way i can tell for sure is after i render it, i don't think oneITC is taller than CN tower though.

Wow thats really really nice. The blue night lights are a great touch and I am glad you left the antenna on the roof. Just a Magnificant Building JT. I am going to clear a space for it in my city now.

From the looks of it, it should be much taller than anything else currently out there, including the Alturea Tower by Cobb. And does it really matter? NO! it is a great building! Stop bickering over sizes of the building and lot, and just sit back and enjoy the work of PDA!

Well, I warned everyone that I had a STACK of unfinished buildings before I went back to school earlier this summer.  I'm just trying to clear out some of the crap before I move on to anything else new.

 

Jes is busy working on 1ITC, so, these might be lacking the fantastic level of detail that he's known for (everyone knows I'm the big-picture guy and he's the finisher).  So... at any rate... if you don't like my roof-junk or packaging... tough... it's the best I care to do!

 

At any rate, there's still pleanty more in the works (8 unfinished by my count)... so, we should keep 'em coming for quite a while (unless Jes begs me to stop releasing such crappy product .

1ITC should be done shortly not much more to do on it, just a few minor details.

There is a small bug that comes with the American Medical Association Building, causing the growable version to grow over the roads... The building is bigger than the lot... I had to destroy the buildings ( I got 2 next to each other) because it looked not so nice... The ploppable is fine!

Another test showed that the building grows on a 2x3 lot  The building itself is way bigger   I think it's a simple problem, related to the Walk-up Tower bug we are all so familiar with.

 

I have no idea how to fix it myself though.

yes, this will be the tallest building on stex (if you are counting roof height) the sears tower is a little taller in spire/antenna height

i think you should make one IFC a little taller, 126 floors in 450m isn't very much room. It will have relatively low ceilings.

vid, if it looks fine, why change it? the floors look fine to me. also bat freezes when i try to move this whole building . so thats why i can't stretch, i mean, i can stretch it, but i wouln't be able to move it up. so part of it would be in the ground, and that wouln't be right haha.

if you all want a taller building i will make two ITC taller, ok?
