Problem with crime

 Hi, I have a problem with my best city. It has a big problem: the crime.

I've placed 5 police station with high coverage of land, but this is the situation:

If you see the land value, it is 80% red,  and citiziens leave the city. What can I do?

p.s. there is a municipal airport

Try putting some crime-decreasing City Ordinances into effect, like night curfew for kids and other stuff. Can't recall them specifically, but there's quite some of them.

What types of police stations are you using? I think its probably due to the bug in the game that doesn't allow for police to enter large lots such as the airport. There are a few police stations on the STEX that resolve the crime bug, I just can't remember which ones....

I use 2 advanced police (default) and 3 police station that i found in the stex

It could be that the stations have just not been in place long enough to take effect. If not, I believe this is a known bug, but I can't recall the thread about the discussion of it.

Can anyone give links to the police stations that can stop crime in large lots?

There is an annoying bug in the game. For some reason, large lots like airports and the university brings extremely plenty of criminals. The original police stations are not enough, so maybe you'll need this mod --> https://www.simtropolis.com/stex/details.cfm?id=21339

This is the highly effective Crime Doesn't Pay Ordinance. This will solve your problems. For a quicker fix, build 1 or 2 city jails. Or a federal prison. This will also take your crime down. With the C.D.P.O. you still want to watch your jail capacities in all your precincts. I learned this the hard way.

If youre not into mods, the solution is education: the higher the education levels, the lower the crime.
