Eh. I do not expect every random image you find on the internet to be in png format, nor do I expect anyone to convert them if they're jpg (since there really would be no point).

My disdain for the jpg format only extends to it being used for screenshots and other simple images (diagrams, maps, etc.) that people make from scratch, because the quality loss is both highly noticable and utterly unnecessary.

I suppose it also just ties into my general contempt for the stupidity of the masses. Most people don't know any better, and I feel like they really should. It is, after all, a very simple and straightforward concept... and the difference between a screenshot saved in png and a screenshot saved in jpg with MSPaint is glaringly obvious, yet people manage to not notice somehow.

My other huge internet pet peeve that I have to deal with a lot is people not knowing the difference between US gallons and imperial gallons. 99% of the time someone from Europe converts kilometers per liter to miles per gallon for the convenience of American readers, they get it wrong.

Yall is complaining about this warm weather.Oklahoma is bipolar!Last week the highs were in the teen and the week before that it was (the highs) in the single digits.And you guys look at us dumb(some anyway) when we say a foot is alot!It shut down okc and add an additional 8 inches.I wasnt in school for 2 weeks.But this week its been getting up to 80 and there is still snow piles on the ground!That is Just odd isnt it?Also why did my points go down to 7 from almost 3000?

People living near Mexico can save money on gas by crossing the border to fill up, although the gas burned idling in line at the customs booth might make it not worth it. People living near Canada can do no such thing since gas is more expensive up there.

I went to the next county to buy my laptop because of the lower tax rate. I didn't save that much, only 6 or 7 dollars, but that's a lunch or something down the road.

Speaking of the laptop, I rather like it so far. The battery drains rather quickly but that's no big deal. I can always get another. The only thing about it I don't like is the keyboard. I'd prefer it lit up or something for when I use it in the dark. But that would just drain the battery even further! There is also one pixel in the upper left part of the screen that is always blue. Kind of annoying but not so much that I'll take it back.
