Bingo! Taxes are due April 15th, but there is no rule that says you have to wait until April to do them. As you have your W2 and 1099 forms, you have all the necessary information (well, you'll need other documents, depending, but stuff you should already have, not be waiting for).

Connecticut insists you round your numbers to the nearest dollar on their form. Obviously done for simplicity's sake, but in this case it's costing me 27 cents. Nowhere near enough to actually get angry over, but it's still annoying on principle. I demand accuracy! (although, the rounding error could have just as easily been in my favor...).

I had an interview for the honours college at this once uni I want to go to this morning, I hope it went well. That took all morning. My sister got confirmed in the afternoon (it's a Catholic thing). That took...awhile. However! It reminded me that Catholic girls are hot. And guys who dress like 16th century Spanish admirals...they're just awesome.

I was never confirmed. Would have been difficult considering I never made my first communion, either (yes, I was that young when I made a conscious decision to ditch the whole church thing).

And that was never an issue, either. My father didin't care and my mother knew that she would get nowhere if she tried to change my mind. So, unlike many other people my age, my parents did not force me to do any of that stuff.
