Also, Larks... where are you getting this information? Please cite your source, as I suspect those are not your words.

Prisons are over-crowded. Which is the primary argument for why certain crimes shouldn't be punishable with prison time. (i.e. drug and alcohol charges which should be considered health/mental issues as opposed to criminal offenses.)

Still, none of this translates to innocence on behalf of the party in question.

Another issue, which seems to come up a lot lately, is that celebrities are seeing no mercy in front of a judge. I'm sure that plays a part, but we must accept it for what it is. A man broke the law and must atone for what he did.

Look on the bright side, Larks. DMX will likely have much to say about his experience. New album time! I won't buy it, but I know I'll hear local djs playing it.

hmmm... i decited to clean out one of my closets and found my old N64, i can't believe how bad the graphics are on that, i doubt it is worth anything now i might throw it away or give it to someone.

You're right, though, on the value front. It isn't worth much right now. The N64 is in that odd zone where it's old enough that it's no longer the latest and greatest thing, but young enough that it hasn't really become a collector's item yet. The smartest thing to do if you don't want to keep it would be to hold onto it for another 10 years or so and then sell it. If you absolutely must get rid of it now, either sell it (for maybe $30) or give it away. But don't throw it away, that'd be stupid.

And hey, I'll take it off your hands if you don't want it.

Super Mario 64 is by far the best game I've played on the N64 - a real classic

- BTW, have you seen this movie? Some kids are getting really excited about a N64...
