It looks like the overhang on the right side goes too far onto the road. That could be a problem to some people for an otherwise spectacularmazing bat

Unfortunately it seems he's quit on that one tower it's a few months since the last update on it. It's a shame too. It would have been his best work. I hope he continues it.

That building from March, wow I never seen that before and I'm bewildered at it. Great detail, it came out wonderful! It'd be a shame for it to not be on the STEX.

The ground floor plaza area is wayyy too reflective. The water also looks very unrealistic.

Edit: Just realized this sounded negative cause it was just the bad points :| The building and modeling is fantastic and I think this is going to be an epic BAT and I look forward to seeing it on the STEX. Gl.

Very nice building, although I think that the grass, bushes and water are a bit "neon"

It's nice but it has the same issues bought up in every single BAT you make and has never been rectified

1. radioactive grass and flora

2. glass needs work, looks like a swimming pool and flows from one pane to the next

3. textures tile

4. textures needs desaturating and balancing with ingame colours..

You could be a great BATer but these things come up over and over, you seem to rush and get lazy and don't finish and don't listen to advice

Glass looks way better now. Just think you should reduce the reflections. The ground seems to be reflected very well which makes the reflection look too strong!
