Adding variety to my city

I'm sure someone has done this, but I searched under a few different words and didn't come up with anything significant.

Is there a megapack or something I can get that will add to the existing buildings in SC4RH? I don't want crazy, strange buildings, or buildings that're rewards/functional/etc. I just want to spice up the variety of my offices, apartment towers, and industrial areas. I desperately want to make it so that I won't keep seeing 10 versions of the same 15 story residential building in one screen.

Anyone have any suggestions?

You just have to download a ton of buildings off of the STEX that you find interesting. There are some tower packs available like the HK Pencil Tower Packs on the STEX. Hope this helped.

I bet there are more than 10000 buildings on STEX.

There isn't a pack itself, as far as I know... You have to download all the buildings you like one by one. Don't be lazy and keep searching.

I'm kind of new, so excuse me if this is a dumb question --  do you have to plop down each building that you download from STEX?  In other words can you simply add building types so when you add a new zone the game adds different types of building automatically or do I have to plop them down on at a time??

I believe that it depends on the building. Some are growable (builds automatically) and others are plopabble. I also think that some have both options.

yeah, many times there is information about ploppable and growable lots in the description

If you want mostly low wealth commercial, download my packs...

There's nearly 100 different buildings spread amongst all of them...
