Above The Treeline - Shrubs

I was just wondering, is there a way to get rid of shrubs? A mod perhaps? I have the Columbus Terrain mod with the Snowcapped - LOW mod in SC4 and the shrubs just don't look good at all when up there on those mountains. I would rather have nothing there at all, just grass (like in Switzerland when you climb higher and higher, theres just grass/flowers/rocks)

Well, I have absolutely no idea about this tree controller stuff... And I guess that if nobody has answered your question is because what you want to do cannot be done but who knows... Anyways, the "only" way to solve this problem that I know is bulldozing the shrubs like you were bulldozing buildings.

Aww, I was afraid of that answer. This is going to take a long time then... *begins bulldozing shrubs one at a time on a huge arse region*

you could try the meadowshire terrain mod by c.p. (LEX) there's a ton more variation...i noticed with that mod it leaves alot of empty space..it might solve your problem.

Anyway, you can try getting a tree mod. Heblem and PEG make some good ones. They get rid of bushes and even change the looks of trees! Here is the one I like the best:
