That plaza would be an amazing place to have lunch if you worked in the any of those high rises.

Make sure you have restaurants and cafes lined up .. hehe

The Marriott Hotel in southern Lexington City was built a few years after Stone Creek's first Minor League Soccer stadium in anticipation for the increased demand for hotels. The Marriott over looks the water as well as one of the many parks and plazas of Lexington City.

Pricey condos can be found all over Lexington City. St. John's Medical Center, to the right of it's parking garage, was built in 1974.

I decided against the posting awards for now, just because Schulmania just had theirs, and there are not really enough posts in the thread yet for it to be a great one yet, but I did make this cool graphic about Stone Creek. Enjoy

Excellent work. Always inspiring pictures. I definitely need to get into my downtown again and spruce it up some more. Such a mess compared to these nice and orderly downtowns!

    Home.png

The Park Shelton on Jefferson Ave, or as I call it, home sweet home. The rent on some of these rooms is a tad extreme. Luckily for me, I'm only on the third floor, and the only view out of my only window is the static brick facade of the next building. The apartment is a little run down and the heat doesn't always work. I guess that's a plus since my rent is a fraction of what some of those penthouses cost at the top floors. I know a few of the people on my floor, like Craig and Tony down the hall. They flew to New York and got married last year. They're intresting people to talk to, and Craig went to culinary school, so he is an awesome cook.

Anyway, it's around 6 in the morning... I better get ready for work.

    Tunnel.png

The walk to work in a big city isn't as glamourous as the movies make it out to be. It's often much colder than that joke of a weatherman Len Dodson says it will be, smelly homeless asking for your lunch money, and getting caught in the rain every once in a while. However, it does have its perks. I save some money, which is always a plus, I get a little exercise, and I just love the view. I'd always thought about becoming an engineer or a city planner...

    Almost to the tunnel now.

    Luck.png

Ah, boy am I glad that the city decided to put bathrooms in the underpass. They may not be the best kept restrooms in the city, but they get the job done. The tunnel good do with some more lighting though. When I work late nights, I cut through some courtyards and cross the avenue. I just don't trust the city that much yet.

Whenever it seems as though Lady Luck has left me in the dust, I toss a coin into this little canal for good luck. You never know, right? This whole plaza area is just so relaxing. It's a good place to take a break form work.

I wonder who is in that limo..? Almost there.

    Work.png

My home away from home, 603 Jefferson Ave. I always wondered why they would build this structure costing millions of dollars, and not name it. Maybe if I ever move up the corporate ladder, I can bring it up... One day.

Twenty-three floors up an elevator later and here I am. 6:57. Not late today Mr. Bossman. My cubicle is right in the middle of my floor. My goal is to at least get a cubicle with somewhat of a view of Lexington City, but I'll earn it one day. Maybe. Hopefully.

    Let's check the news...

    News.png

Well how about that. Nothing good ever makes the main page or features. Drug busts, shootings, robberies, budget cuts, murders. Oh well. What do you expect these days? At least they caught the drug dealers.

I voted for Rivera a few years back, but there is no need for an article and video based off of what he said. Interview the real heroes! The people who actually put their lives on the--

    "Knight!"

    Uh-oh...

See you next time, Stone Creek.
