What are some of the populations you guys have so far?

Right now I have one city at  34,764 people and I think that's probably going to be it due to everything being so close lol.

I bought the game yesterday off steam and i got a region with i think 300,000, and I wonder what the map sizes will be in the 2011 version.

I'm not a skyscraper man, nor do I like streets with tall buildings around, but I'm working on a city, San Alejandro, from my CJ of the Parnan Islands, that currently has about 180.000 inhabitants. 0% unemployed, 1% vacant jobs, and it isn't even finished.

My biggest city was in the beta and was around 3.5 million people. Then the whole game crashed each time I tried to start it so had to delete it. No scrn shots.

I don't know if that means bigger than the current CXL maps (10km x 10km) or if they're just referring to the CXL maps as gigantic.

nice city, but completely grid based, but hey if you want a big city you have to use grids

my biggest is 7.3 million now with 65 % of the land covered

Update for me, my biggest city is now around 275,000 although I think my video card needs replaced.
