i reinstalled new ...patched it...put mods in..start game..no cross in avatar mode

i tested a new game with only the lasted patch and i too had the same problem (in english). although the green check was visible. after clicking the button the game froze and gave a playerpathmgr error.

BUT...after reopening the game, my avatar was already created and i could enter planet mode.

do you have your log files?

non so cosa dirvi, io ho i due pulsanti uno verde e uno rosso insieme nella parte bassa a destra e mi funziona bene testato in gioco.

The only remarkable thing about this logfile is that it says that some glasses were not declared correctly in the game data, which is something that never happened to me

I found a solution for the problem. First go create your avatar then save it with the green V then close cities xl with the taskbar. Then go to your paks folder and move the unlocker file from the paks folder. Then download the roots patch and put it in your paks folder and play the game. See if you can play as your avatar. After that delete your roots patch file and put in the unlocker file.

That worked for me hope it works for you 4.gif

this way works!!

with that root.patch i could save the avatar with the green ok button i go automatically back to the main menu

then removed root.patch and put the unlocker in...everything works now ( i havent visited the avatar mode again yet)

in the game i only see 5 blueprints ?? (kollosseum, Akropolis, Taj mahal, shipyard, sacre lecuer (that church thing in france ) ) is this normal ??

Cleat, make sure to check the landmarks tab as well. Also, with the unlocker mode, go to the Settings>cheat>unlock all buildings to unlock every building.

con questo unlock di CobexCo avvii  CXL e le beta roads si trovano nella sezione strade del menu mentre stai costruendo

There will be no mod that unlocks all of these roads, because they aren't all included in the game.

Karel53 over at CitiesXS has unlocked even more buildings and the ability to to build the blueprints from the other menus, and will build right up straight away. Here are some of the very few things it unlocks...
