Nice little town! and nice choice of CC.

Few things: I would either get an abandonment modd or push ctrl+x then type in "tastyzots" and enter to get rid of those zots.

Also, get rid of the u-drive-it icon by going into the sims section and clicking the bottom button.

Lasty, when taking a shot, minimize the info window, and push ctrl+shift+s to get the camera.

Overall nicely done, just some things to make it super!

Update, but with no pics!

Sorry about all of the dilapidated buildings guys! I hadn't created a route that connected the village with the commercial area, or the farms! but in between the commercial area and the Village I created a nice looking pond, and I added a few Commercial stores (Walmart, The Home Depot) across the Highway which I do not believe I have showed you... But thats it for today, I will update again soon, thanks for the comments, much appreciated!

not a recreation exactly, It's loosely based off where I live. and I believe it is called Ninja Boulevard bus station?

First off, let me thank you for your reply over at Nyhaven - it's always great to see a new face (so to speak) in the community! This CJ is off to a promising start; you've got some interesting areas in your city already. I do have a couple of suggestions, however:

-Peg's old Pond Kit was nice in its day (I still have it myself), but I think your ponds would look better with one of the new styles of ploppable water, like Peg's own PPonds or jeronij's transparent ploppable water (on the SC4D LEX). Try one of them out; I'm sure you'll like it better once you get your feet wet (pun intended)!

-It's best not to show undeveloped zones in your pictures, so I'd like to suggest either waiting for them to develop (especially when there are as many vacant lots as there are in a couple of your pictures) or hiding them with the "zoneria" cheat code.

With some more work, you could develop this into a great CJ. Keep on improving, and you'll be among the most popular CJs before you know it!

Update #3: Guess that city!

So, After dabbling a little bit with fredonia, I decided to start another city for my Midwestern cities! This time, It will be a near perfect (as perfect as I can do) replica a real midwestern city (20 brownie points to whoever guesses the city first!)

So without further ado, I am going to present a teaser!!!

I might decide to turn this one city into it's own CJ, but one quick hint, it is one of the top 50 biggest cities in the U.S

So, Someone guessed correctly that it is inedeed Milwaukee! Here's what I have done So far!

Downtown Roadway: 40%

Downtown Railway: 25%

Downtown Zoning: 0%

Suburb Roadway: 5%

Suburb Zoning: 0%

but, beside that, I will post a semi-large update of the roads on the the North part of downtown:

 

Downtown should be done within a week, and Zoning shortly afterwards!

Airport time!

Well, this is my first airport, and I do not have the terminals (they're not popping up, someone may need to help me) but I do have the runway done (it's only a regional type airport) and I also have the taxi ways done... If you have any pointers I'll be glad to take them as this is my first attempt at an Airport:

Lights

Private Jets

Aiport W/Out terminal

Comments are definetely appreciated, especially since I suck at Airports
