Help needed regarding region size

First of all I wanna say HI to all of you. 

This is a great place to learn about SC4. 

I have a problem which I cannot resolve, but many people here cvan probably help me. 

My question is: I have downloaded SC mapper and terraformer few nights ago, and I wanted to make a region. Any region, no speceial prefferences but with only one intention: - I want to make region with big cities, and if possible some even bigger than biggest in Vanilla region. Question is How do I do that? 

How will I make a big city? 

Please try to explain me on a simple way as my knowledge is meager comparing to yours.

I'm a little foggy on SC mapper and terraformer in how you go about making new regions however I can tell you it is definately not possible to create a city larger then the large city tiles in a vanilla region unfortunately. It is as you must already know possible to create a region totally made up of large city tiles. A very easy way would be to download an existing map of the exchange thats flatish and then modify it in terraformer. Instructions on how to go about doing this is often in the description, especially if its made by map legends like NHP.

open a config.bmp in your regions folder and edit it so they are all the same blue color... this should work to give you all large cities... sorry but you cannot may anything larger than the largest that is in all versions of simcity4
