You know what, I REMEMBER downloading this powerplant back in mid 2000's i cant recall but it must have been between 2006 2007!  BUti remember this one! And ithink I downloaded once or tied to download on an oooold computer : "Nonnyland" because i liked the name. 

 

Oh, and those waffles sound way too good to pass up, can i get that with Non-dairy whip for sure? Fruit a must, lol

The power plant is not much use with out the Massive amounts of water are needed to run that plant because the water is dissociated into plasma to fuel the fusion reactor.  If you look closely in the ring you'll see the fizz from the fusion ring neutron flux.

OK, we flattened the chicken so it would grill properly, a little lemon and sage on it with some EVOO to keep it juicy.  Asparagus with melted margarine and a little dill weed to make it more interesting.

Hungry man breakfast, that's what. 

 

6 oz. (160 gm) breakfast steak grilled as you like it, grilled breaded green tomatoes, sautéed mushrooms in beef drippings, side plate of French fries with gravy (or ketchup if you like), and a baked potato with sour cream, chives and bacon bits.  Garlic toasts.  Bottomless coffee cup.

Arborio is just rice from Italy.  If you want to cook it, you can just steam it in the usual way.  However, it has extra rice gluten so you could make it into a risotto by very carefully adding liquid to it a bit at a time, stirring all the while.  Usual choice of liquid is chicken stock and white wine, but can be anything by way of a clear stock.  Stop the wine about half-way along (10 minutes) to allow the wine to blend properly.  It is done when it is creamy and there are no chewy rice grains left in the mixture.  Towards the end you can add veggies or whatever you like to make it more interesting.

 

Around here we only cook steak to three levels of doneness:

Sagnant - seared on the outside but still mooing;

A point - hot red centre

Cuit - hot pink centre

 

Anything beyond that is considered for shoe soles.                    

 

Your steak is served a point.  Enjoy.

I could use some rotund pounds right about now , lost 30 when i was out-of-pocket. not intentionally either.   Hey, Its "who" we are and not 'what' we are , right?   hows your pups doing?  just got a small terrier

Gain your weight back slowly and exercise.  You want washboard abs, nice biceps and triceps, good delts, and look good in a speedo.  To do this right, you need proportional carbs, proteins, and veggies (vitamins).  If you can tolerate dairy, include it as it is a great source of proteins, fats, and sugars in one neat package.

 

So, the Moose Factory prescribes a nice snack of Cheddar cheese cubes, water biscuits, green garlic, and a nice glass of Beaujolais.  This should keep you going to supper time.  It also repels vampires and girls.

Now thats a reallyhealthy  regmine and i should take advantage of it too!  I know i cant do the dairy part, maybe double up on the protein alternates?....lol must be a lot of garlic! Id hate those side effects, lol

Mr. Moose,  I dont know how you do it but your menues  are so well blended with each item complementing the other,  I can almost TASTE it!   Yes, Please can you reserve a table for dinner for me and the gang?  Non-dairy for me,  How about you MaryMM? (or MMaryM?), dairy or non-dairy?

 

(Oh, about time to log on?  I  telecommute some days, so have my home computer fired up whle using the laptop for work.   When at the office,.   I log on to my Trusty Android "T.e.d.6" inbetween meetings or when i have some sql queries running that takes hours to complete.

Mary, how about a fried banana with chocolate decadence sauce and toasted walnuts?  You can have the non-dairy whip with it, and a Brown dragon (3/4 ounce of vodka, 1/2 oz creme de cacao, over ice with chocolate sprinkles).  Two of these and you'll be draggin'.
