Haha this was totally cool!  St servers shut down at their regularly scheduled time so I thought I'd hop on CXL for a bit.  Much to my amazement, I'm flying around downtown and I see a guy running off the end of a crane on one of my buildings and taking the plunge!  I followed him to the ground and he opened a 'chute and exclaimed "What a rush!"  and went back to the top and did it again! Ha!  Love it! You should be able to just barely make him out at the tiip of the crane hanging over the top of the building.

Today I was cruising around at street level; stopped at a stop light and to my left was an old lady cruising the street on a moped...I haven't seen anyone on two wheels, so I assume its a rare event.

Those are people base jumping. It happens a lot when you have a bunch of skyscrapers...there are a lot of very small details in this game.

tbh, I initially thought some other player had snuck into my city and was demonstrating some cool moves.... pity, it'd be fun to base jump in other people's cities...

I have seen 5 times so far in 3 of my cities he goes right back in the build and jumps again

I had him doing it off one building, then when I built a different skyscraper he jumped off that one instead!

I found a guy dancing on a balcony this morning, with two women sunbathing near him. I was vaguely amused by it. I don't spend all that much time on street level but I'm starting to now and noticing all the silly things the people are doing in there. I feel like Lisa Simpson when she grew the little civilization in the dish under the bed.

Wouldn't it be a cool feature if the people in the city had a religion worshiping us? lol. You could go in there and watch them performing rituals to you and stuff.

They appear when you place the tower you can find in the leisure menu, then you'll see them everywhere.
