[Simtropolis Help Squad 32]

Hello Simtropolians!

We are now accepting applications for the Simtropolis Help Squad! Its been a while since our last en-masse recruiting, and we decided that it was about time we did it again, especially with the release of CXL and our new Omnibus having happed since then.

The SHS (Simtropolis Help Squad) was created to write new and update existing articles in the Omnibus. In addition, SHS members often assist with members problems on the forums and chat. In order to be able to do this, SHS members are expected to be knowledgeable, resourceful, and friendly members of the community.

If you're interested in joining us, please send your application to this account, Simtropolis Help Squad.

It's an open-ended application... you're free to say whatever you want. Sell yourself, your leadership qualities, and let us know why you'd make a good addition to our team! If you have any questions, please post them in this thread.

Well heck I'll join. I've been trying to help out a bit lately anyway, and I got a bit of a hobby for writing things. Where are the applications, or is it just a PM?

There are no real guidelines for the application, its pretty open-ended. If you tell us a bit about yourself it will give us a good starting point when we review the applications. We do ask that you PM it to the Simtropolis Help Squad account.

You would still be a regular member, not all members of the SHS are part of the staff.  (ilikehotdogsalot is on the SHS, but is just a normal member, there are others too) Just being a SHS member isnt enough to get you staff/ moderator privlages, however it is a big step in the right direction

We haven't announced a cut-off date yet. When we do we'll be sure to give everyone a few days notice.

If you woyuld (by any chance) be interested, I would. I as a Christian, I really love to help people, . I don't really have all that much experience or time to use, and my language skills couldn't really be worse. Should I apply anyway, or would it be more of a waste of time?
