The Tram-in-Avenue tunnels are the RTMT GLR Transitions.

They convert GLR traffic to Subway Traffic, so you link the Subway to the transition puzzle piece. There is also a puzzle piece for Tram-in-Road.

While you are at it, download this. It's the RTMT Interim T-RAM Station, which will give you Tram-in-Avenue stations.

After making this topic, I never actually put in some of my trams. Here are some pictures of mine, from my CJ Manningham:

    hamptoncityno1tramtoren.jpg

This is the No. 1 Tram from St. Margarita to Renfall. This is the light rail section outside McKinnon Oval. The Tram runs through the downtown, past Cantertown Juntion & past Nunchuk Ground .

    hamptoncityfarraghst.jpg

This is another picture, the No. 20 Tram runs a loop around the edge of downtowm. The downtown area has the trams elevated above the road & modern glass stations.

    Enjoy & please comment!

Nice work Yoshi. But maybe the EL stations are a bit close together? Anyway, I love your choice in tram!

Here is something new from me.

They look close because they stand out so much. Thanks

Your new trams I saw in your CJ, & the open subway is aesthetically brilliant with the underground canal. Nice work!

    @Moonraker0

Enjoyed your pics. Maybe someone will create tram stops for the canals.4.gif Unfortunantely you can't have different glr and el rail automata selected at the same time.

That's probably happening when you allow a NAM piece to hover over a transit-enabled station.  I didn't understand that for quite a while myself and had frequent crashes for reasons I couldn't fathom. Eventually I saw that stated here explicitly somewhere.  When laying GLR and stations (or any exclusively NAM-based transit network item), you have to be very careful not to let your cursor containing the NAM transit piece to pass over a transit station; even a bus stop will make the game crash I believe. Save your game before you start to build such stuff and save often wile you're doing it.

There's nothing worse than creating something beautiful in-game only to lose the work to a stupid crash.

So I have made a simple circuit loop for the tram, both on streets and on its own. But I cannot get any stations, nor any trams themselves??? Does anyone know what I am doing wrong? Do I simply need stations to populate the trams? No stations came with my 2009 NAM, if they did, where are they located?

    Thanks so much!

Sorry if this is a little bit off topic, but nevertheless:

Seeing the latest release from Vester, the VDK GLR Train Mods Vol. 3, my heart almost stopped when I saw that it included the design of the GLR in Bergen, Norway, my hometown. Of course, someone seeing something from their hometowns in-game is not at all mindblowing. However, I found it funny that Vester had taken note of this design as the light rail system of my humble, little hometown is still under construction.

Please allow me to share my excitement with you. This picture is taken from Bergen Light Rail's official blog, and shows one of the trains on yesterday's test run (Can't wait for it to be finished).

Take a bow for Vester and his incredible skills. Thank you. 2.gif
