Here's the roof - no "ventilation pipe" except at the box marked with (2).

(1) is an antenna, (2) is the only noticeable roof pipe, and (3) is a long chimney slab - that's how it looks in Bing Aerial.

Francis90b- Thank you, I do not want to make everything like the building, remember this is not 888 Park Avenue, it's Worthington Apartments. I know I will add the chimney slab if it was 888 Park Avenue and I'm not a fan of the antenna, I just may change the pipes on the roof if you do not mined, I do want to start exporting this building Monday to get ready for another Friday upload.

Wow... great! The surroundings on these screenshots don't look urban enough for this kind of building IMO, but the building itself is beautiful for sure. Btw, nice idea to plop Jason's latest Art Deco mid-rise right behind Nolan's hotel/apartment building!

MTT9- Lol, I'm thinking about deleting that town it's something I wiped up fast for the picture for the Worthington apartments, I should of used the Old Aaron City, the old Aaron City is the city I made before I was batting.

T Wrecks- Thank you,The city does not looks so urban, I was trying to make the look of a city trying to go urban, But I can make city better than this, so I'm no newbe at building a city in Sim City and making it look great if I as to make a city Journal.

Here’s the Worthington Apartments, this building is the ultimate replacement for the old Worthington Apartments. These apartments are Wall to Wall (W2W) buildings. This is apartment building set is Chicago and New York City style. The building uses the same floor plan as 888 Park Avenue, There are four bat models, Two of the four buildings are mirrored/ flipped in the opposite direction so you can fill the opposite side of the block with no worries. Each Worthington Apartments models has a different brick color on it's front size. Each model has two wealth types R$$ and R$$$. Worthington Apartments is a lovely and quiet stay in these apartments. The original bat was upload at STEX on April 2, 2010 at 12:28 AM, with 6726 views and 5180 downloads. Enjoy the upload!!

Please Download Maxis Nite or Dark nite, if you download both please install the nite verion you use for your cities at night. If you install both and using the default path settings that's appled in the installer the installed model file will replace the model file that's in the plugins folder.

Removing outdated Files: Please remove the old release of the Worthingtion Apartments, the files will not harm the game or the new files, sense the old version of Worthington is deleted from STEX it's best to remove them in case there's no way to get the old version again. Once you have deleted them out of the plugins folder do not forget about bulldozing them in the game, Thank you.

I'm so so sorry, that the Worthington Apartments have not been uploaded yet, I tried and tried and it will not accept my zip files with the exe. files in them. I know you guys are thinking how about just use the zip file only, I have put so much work in trying to making my work as perfect a possible and to be very organized as possible like i'm uploading for SC4 Devotion. I love using the exe. it compress the files to a small size and it is easy to download on a slow website like this, and not just that it help save room for Dirktator site hard drive.

You not the only one freak out I am too.

I have sent a PM to Dirktator about the problem, I just hope the webmaster MP back in time. I want this building uploaded today!!!!!!

Eh?? Bit OTT don't you think? Nobody is putting timeframes, restrictions and urgency on you but yourself..I'm sure we can all wait till an simple thing like an upload issues is resolved, the game isn't going anywhere. Still, if your not keen on BATing anymore then no point carrying on right?

Huh!?! You're joking right? If it wasn't for you and a handful of top notch batters like yourself, I would have quit SC4 years ago. (I still cannot believe it will be 10 years soon since I first played this game!) I hope you can resolve the upload issue soon because I already have spots in my city waiting for the Worthington.

For now just upload the worthington where you can, there or the LEX, and carry on with your work - it's as simple as that

Then, if you feel like taking a break, do it, no pb

The Worthington could not make it to the LEX, they said something about the canopies go outside of the lot an can cause lot syndrome. Many say they never has that problem with my bat, i think maybe because it's on the road side and not touching another lot. So any apartment buildings I make can go there, and I think the Simpeg is just as strict, but it would not look right to have my bat there, all the building on that site are small compared to my 6 to 15 stories buildings.

I know it's okay to rest on batting but I do not want to, I want to upload this one and get the next one out of the way I think I am stressing to much on this issue. Days ago I have started on some new building not yet posted, they supposed to prepare for Christmas if I can bat fast enough, they are not to large so i think i could finish them up.

Just a question my friend, is there any chance you will ever release those trees you originally made for the Graham Apartments as props, they were really nice and i think initially you talked about releasing them as props..

Also, were you ever succesful in getting Timpson Row to render again, I really love those apartments and the new version looked great

For the Timpson PL Row, I will have to bat that one again. so it's more work I have to do.

Edit: I know i do not need to say this but this is one of my dreams to have a mod for the trees to be on the side of the road, I want some high quality trees like Graife, and have the cars parking on the sides of the road like in real life New York City.

Well, roadside parking is already catered for, and the trees could easily be changed to a family of girafe's models as soon as single props (with centered trunks) exist.

Why exactly you'd need to BAT timpson Pl. again?

AFAIK it just had rendering problems, and rendering problems aren't usually solved by BATing things again...

Francis90b- I think if I bat it over I will feel better about myself and plus the why I bat not, it's would be hard to work with, I have a better way at make ac units, the Old Timpson Pl Row will need better textures again to match with the Johnson, Eyrene, 41 Park, 605 Park, Worthington, and Walesbridge and any other buildings that will be coming up.

T Wrecks- Lol!!! Where is the parking mod, if you talking about this streets one that one is not enough especially for my demands, I want more and with New York City Street light and poles.



And have some ele-rails to be over the road that look good as this.
