Modding question, BAT help needed

I recently did a fresh install of SC4/RH, with no modds/landmarks installed. I got the landmarks last night, but I have a question about the mods. I've been absent for about 4-5 months, so could somebody list the modds/programs I should download, and provide links if they aren't on the modds page. Also, BEX and LEX buildings if you want to point them out.

I also downloaded the LotEd and the BAT. However, the BAT doesn't work. I can't find it inside GMAX where the help manual says it should be, and when I try to load it outside GMAX it says cannot find GMAXLOC environment variable. What's wrong? Would it have anything to do with that driver setup that I randomly picked since I had no clue what to choose for? Also, the PluginMan does not work, runtime error or something like that. Thanks,

I don't have the solution , and I have a similar problem ;
Since I installed a fresh version of SC4/RH, LE and bat, I can't launch the LE. Each time, I have a crash

the way I got the bat to work was that I reinstalld both GMAX and the BAT a bazillion times...owch. But I still need a list of which modds/programs to install. Obviously the reader, and this traffic cop everyone's talking about, but what else?

I recommend downloading the Transit Bugfix Supplement V1.2.0 to fix transit problems. Its up to you what kind of bulidings to download but I like Baco's Brand Name bulidings like Wal-Mart, McDonalds,etc and Joerg's Seattle Space Needle. It goes without saying that you should download any of Pegasus,s lots.

If your talking about tools for the BAT I dunno, but if you want modds for the game try the NAM. It makes transit problems a lot easier to deal with. As far as buildings go I recomend anything by SimGoober or PEG. Kevdan25's fast food places are good. Some of Marrast's transit BATs are cool to. If you like farms check out the BSC BTE stuff, but be ready to download dependancies for the next 100 years. Hope this helps.
