My earliest memory of ST was at the official site, looking through the fansite listing and opening all the sites.

Originally I got gmax because it was free and the BAT because it was a renderer, since I wasn't originally planning on doing SimCity buildings. But SimCity and 3d coincided and that's what I ended up doing. I joined SimMars in I think late 2004 (can't find the gmax files to confirm when). I've got specific memories of working on most of my first BATs.

It'd have to be in chat back with my first account in 2008.

I had downloaded Cogeo's Semi-Transparent GLR stations, and I was befuddled because I didn't have a base texture, and the game was crashing. Little did I know, there is this thing called "dependencies". :P

I remember searching for some downloads for SC4 and I found this site. Within a few hours I had already downloaded half the exchange. :P After I downloaded the entire exchange I proceeded to mass post on the forums (100 posts a week for the first few months). I got pretty much 3k posts in my first 8 months before I decided to mass post on another forum (which was also the last forum I mass posted in).
