Beautiful picture lalippi! It indeed has a very relaxing atmosphere about it. If you don't mind me asking, I was curious as to where you got those umbrella and towel props/MMP?

Thank you Ace. Unfortunately they are not MMP, but I am sure there are similar props for mayor mode, but I have not been able to find them.

 

This props here are from Nams (http://www.toutsimcities.com/downloads/view/1780) and they have to be added via the lot editor.
