Subway station

Hi! You`ll see, i`ve been recently entering into the world of BAT and right now i`m doing an underground station found in my city and the results are still good, but as any other underground station, it has to have it`s underground stage, but i don`t know how to do it.  It was told to me that i had to put the main building in the underground part or something like that but what i want is that when entering the underground menu in the game the underground part appears, that supossedly i made how could i do it?

Hey rumy-2 thats a great start you have there! What country is this from?

Unfortunately it is not possible to have the underground portion of the building visible whilst in underground (subway building) mode. One way you could do it though is to modify your building so that the underground part would be visible from the surface, similar to what I have done below. Other BATters have also done this in making glass layers that reveal underground plazas and other wonderful subterranean structures.

That Metro station is from Valencia, Spain; or at least this BAT uses its logo.

I didn't know you could make transparent textures in gmax/BAT. I know you can with Sketchup, but it never turned out like I wanted it too. As for underground buildings I never have any troubles with that.

Yep transparent textures are possible, just enter the material editor and change the opacity of the material you want transparent.

hm... I wonder how was that accomplished? through custom foundation??
