I definitely like the feel of this logo much better; its much more modern and state-of-the-art. The old logo almost looked like a flashback in time to a retro-fest; it was a good logo, but just did not feel as "CUTTING EDGE" as it should be, especially paired with a game like Cities XL.

Looking forward to see the animation introducing the logo on start-up.

I imagine the city from XL letters will fade into orange and form the XL letters on white background and then the background fades into blue with appearance of white letters.. But it would probably completely different.
