first what's the deal w the adison library from sim goober? i placed one and they striked, so all in all i have about 20 of them in my city w a pop of 680k  and there all striking w like 20k over capacity for all of them. im about ready to remove all of them. 2nd airports are supose to upgrade when they reach capacity but mine does not, so ne way i have a small int nat airport and i can't upgrade it so i had to plop down another one, i don't want to keep doing this till i have 10 airports does ne one know what the deal is w these 2 issues ? thanks again

When did you start using SimGoober's library? I noticed a few minutes ago, he had updated it to fix a funding issue. You might try to re-download it.

The airport issue may be that there is no demand for it yet or at least I heard.

For your airport to upgrade it also needs the room.  The higher up in airport capacity the larger space it needs.  If you put in an airport than surrounded it on 3 sides with streets and/or structures, it can't upgrade.

Each of the 3 airport sizes can have 2 upgrades on the same tile size.

Look for the airport upgrade message in the advisor news ticker.  Then click on it and it will allow you to upgrade.  I dont know if you can upgrade any other way.

Airports can upgrade? I just bulldozed the old one and build the next one on the list.

Yep if the demand cap gets close to max cap youll get a news ticker saying, airpot needs expansion or so, click on that and agree and it adds in some more hangars etc onto the tile (the tile itself doesnt get any bigger).

i know that but it does not say it in the ticker ne more after i dwnloaded the nam. i also have the stupid news ticker mod, would that do it?

Hmm I have NAM and still get the message no problem...Possibly the news ticker filter mod takes it out by mistake?

Is your funding 100% for the airports? If it is, try getting the AC functional airports.
