Luxembourg, Luxembourg.

I like swimming, but only in rivers/the pool, not the ocean (far too cold for me). I dont like jetskis/banana boats etc either though as I hate falling in the water at speed lol, which also rules out any high diving

Commute Time - How hard can it be ??
Randomtaskk replied to Castor_uk's topic in SimCity 4 General Discussion
Can you give us some numbers for the commute time? I don't often have cities of only 4000 people, but my cities at 50,000 with roads only have typically a 15min commute time. Do you use NAM? Do you have any other commute time mods installed? -

Airport Problems, Deluxe Problems, and Traffic Problems
Randomtaskk replied to annabelinda's topic in SimCity 4 General Discussion
Your system is not amazing, but it wouldnt be causing all these problems IMO. Do you have a lot of plugins? Sounds like some compatability issues to me... Also intrigued as to what relevance the poll is to the post... -
There is no 'bad' way to do it so long as you have stops where your sims need to go. I typically place subways with a central ring system, and an outer ring system, then join these up with 'spokes' so it looks much like a bicycle wheel. This works well for how I plan my cities with most people either heading into or away from the centre of the map. The rings allow more options for sims if they wish to travel around the edges of the map.

For space saving, only have the highway showing as sunken where there are T/cloverleaf intersections, and place all your on/off ramps here too. Then link it all up with tunnels. Works a treat

Road over Highway bridges are often skewed (i.e. diagonal relative to the motorway) from anywhere between 0 to 35degrees typically...
