Welcome to Algonquin City!
Now get out of my face...
A small taste of what people are like in Algonquin. Cold, dirty, crime-ridden. You don't want to be out past 10. This is the story of people's journeys through Algonquin and the surrounding islands. States, Brooke, and Fort Bradley.

"Thank you for flying TWA." Said one of I don't know how many Flight Attendents. Tori Curini was on a "buisinuess trip" to Algonquin City. He merely grunted and proceeded to Imigration. "Welcome to America: The Land of Opportunity!" Maybe everywhere else, but not in Algonquin. Not by a long shot. He rushed out to the subway station in the airport. He was to meet his 'escort' of sorts. His name was, what was is. Something Rebutier. Maybe Jacques. Cuz his last name sounded French. He descended the steps into the open station. He saw a man in a red shirt. That's got to be him.

Tori approched the man. He was smoking. "Are you Rebutier?" Tori asked the man. "Wi, I am Rebutier. Are you Curini?" The man asked. Bingo. "I am, lets go, I'm freezing out here." They stepped aboard the train and said nothing until they reached the Central Station.

"Do not be fooled mon ami, the glass is merely a cover up by the city to hide the true Algoquin. By the way, Welcome to Algonquin.
algoquin2rf8.jpg
The men walked to some apartment. It looked as if it hadn't been inhabited for decades. "Welcome to your new home. I'll hang around until you build your rep." Rebutier said. Tori walked in and saw an old man watching TV. WALG News at 7. He walked up to the old man. "Yes," the man said in Italian. "You speak Italian?" Tori replied. In Italian. "Of corse I do! You must be Curini. Room 251." Tori walked to the second story and found 251. He immediatly collaped on the bed. 10 hours of flying could really wear a man out.

The next day Tori heard a knock on the door. It wasn't Rebutier. It was a stranger. Eastern European definatly. "I have come to get you, come out back." The man said. Definatly Eastern European. "OK, who are you?" Tori asked. "Not important. Come." The two men walked out to the small back area. Tori saw his new employer. Luigi Paramechetti. "Tori, my friend. How are you?" Luigi asked. "Well, tired. 10 Hours in a tiny seat can really take a toll on a man. Even if he is ex Spec Ops." Tori replied.

Meanwhile, in another rooftop, a lone assasin waits. Calm, like a panther...

I Like the feel of the story, and I'm guessing Algoquin City has drawn some inspiration from GTA IV's Liberty City? I hope you are able to capture the grimy, derelict feel of such a place. Great start you have here!

I loved Algonquin city, the best place in Liberty City for me, I always hung out there in the game lol. I just loved the tall towers, although you could always find those unwanted back alley ways amongst that wealth and glamor.

Nice start, I'm seeing things in places people don't normally see, nice job.

I'm the 'A' to the 'r', to the c-h-e-a-n,
and even though my name means 'old' I'm really quite pimp,
I'm Archilicious.

    Here are your Replies, Happy?

Hawkeye9: Actually, Fort Bradley kinda sputtered and died. Algonquin is born from the ashes.

jacqulina: Thanks, and just out of curiosity. Do you like horses?

JoystickJunkie: Yeah, Algonquin is based off of Liberty City.

Archean: Thanks, and I always loved Broker and Dukes

    newyorkrunaway1: Thanks

    underwearman2007: I do enjoy r@ndomtm

    sadhu_navarrete: It's not a concept anymore

Jawzz: This isn't exactly going to be a region shot CJ, more along the lines of a story one.

SimHoTToDDy: Thanks. And I love the Grizzly Tank from RA2, one of my favorite units.

Look out 4 more people. Keep an eye out. And make sure you've got your switchblade in Algonquin

    ATTENTION!

I've got terrible news. What doctor? Anyway, my computer just had one of these:

    kittyfailnw5.jpg

    And one of these:

    633317514784490542zk6.jpg

    And worse, one of these:

    2327006145fbb908545bql8.jpg

Thus as of today, there will be no more Algonquin. I'm sorry to any fans but this is the punishment I get from Karma for forgetting to do a History assignment. Please remove your hats.

A History Assignment broke your computer, or the lack of it?

How sad. The journal with no SC4 pictures at all will not be forgotten.
